141 is seen in Derby Bus Station on 21st February 1989.


142 in Derby Market Place with the 18:15 service 41 of 1st November 1988. The "Harveys" at this time were normally in the hands of Fleetlines with Citybuses being quite a rarity. 142 was the birthday bus and for a fee anyone celebrating could have their name carried on the side and it would be put out all day and into the night on a route nearest their home. Put it this way this has to have been the biggest birthday card your webmaster has ever had!


143 in Alvaston 29th April 1988. The last three Marshall examples were delivered with high backed seating and 5-speed gearboxes giving them a very respectable turn of speed. The introduction of rather crude CCTV saw the removal of the additional seat backs and 5th gear was subsequently isolated.
