149 - 152 featured a slightly updated version of the Northern Counties body as fitted to the earlier batch of 144 - 148. These later vehicles did, however, have a remarkable tendency to become absolutely covered with muck when the roads had been gritted! 150 displays this to good effect in Derby Bus Station on 17th December 1990.
Brand new 151 swings into Berkshire Street in Chaddesden on the last day service 24 operated along this road (It may well do again nowadays who knows!!) 9th July 1988. This vehicle was to become the final example of the original Derby Citybus fleet to be withdrawn by 11th November 2008.
